Buskfest, Bugfest, all the fun of the fair, craft fair, market stalls, bike tricks, workshops, children's activities, gardening celebrations and lots more!
This year's event takes place between 10.00am and 4.00pm on Saturday 22 September 2018 in and around The Triangle in Yeovil Town Centre.
The theme is ‘all the fun of the fair’, we are very excited to announce that we have a rather beautiful, full sized helter-skelter coming to St Johns church green along with swing boats, Punch and Judy shows and a variety of stalls. St Johns church will be hosting tower tours, a puppet show and refreshments.
Buskfest - buskers will be performing throughout the Town Centre.
Market stalls throughout Middle Street selling local produce.
In the Bandstand area on Middle Street, there will be a variety of community stalls and further children’s entertainment, plus the Yeovil in Bloom Gardening Competition - presentation of prizes and the Best Kept Allotment Competition - presentation of prizes
Celebrating the art of performance and crafts we’ll be hosting the RPM Biketrials Display Team, local performers and a craft fair. RPM Biketrials bring excitement and entertainment in equal measures with their show-stopping displays, complete with music, commentary, audience participation and some of the UK’s best-performing trials riders! Having performed at events from Glastonbury to Jersey to Central London, don’t miss this chance to see the amazing RPM team in action! Support your local community and local businesses by visiting the craft fair on Fredrick Place and the performance area outside H&M & River Island.
The event provides an ideal opportunity for local producers, clubs and organisations to promote their products and attract new members. Anyone interested in taking on a stall should contact the Town Council on 01935 382424 for further details and an application form.
