A Japanese Explosion - Pop Up Restaurant
Join us at Eastfield Farm just on the outskirts of Tintinhull. Steve James, award winning personal chef, will be hosting the evenings and creating delicious menus for you to feast on. All evenings will be bring your own drinks.Our Japanese explosion evening will be on the on the 27th November 2019 at 19.30
The menu will be as follows (All dishes served family style so you can try everything):-
Canapes
- Pork karaage with wasabi mayonnaise
- Sesame seared tuna, radish and yuzu mustard
Starters
- Chicken yakitori
- Beef tataki with ponzu
- Pickled cucumber
Mains
- Chicken katsu curry
- Cod with mushroom broth
- Nasu Dengaku (grilled miso eggplant)
- Steamed rice
Radish, cabbage and carrot salad in Kimizu dressing
Desserts
- Green tea, black sesame and vanilla cheesecake
- Mandarin and sake cake roll
- Coconut sorbet
