Pop up restaurant- Asian Fusion Evening
Throughout 2019 we will be holding pop up restaurants at Eastfield Farm just on the out skirts of Tintinhull. Steve James, award winning personal chef, will be hosting the evenings and creating delicious menus for you to feast on. All evenings will be bring your own drinks.The first of these evenings will be an Asian Fusion evening starting at 19.30 on the 5th July 2019
The menu will be as follows:-
Canapes
Lotus root crisp topped with yee sang, tea stained quail egg and deep fried ginger
Chicken karaage with teriyaki mayo
Starters
Miso chicken wings
Sesame noodle salad
Pork belly (yakitori style)
Mains
Sweet soy braised beef cheek
Chicken katsu
Rice with umeboshi furikake seasoning
Pickled cucumber and radish salad
Dessert
Panna cotta with yuzu jelly black sesame ice cream and matcha tulle
Raspberry lychee and rose tart
