Scandi Noir: Quentin Bates in Conversation with Chris Ewan
Quentin went on a gap year in the 1970's to the north of Iceland. The gap year turned into a gap decade, during which he worked as a net maker, factory hand and trawlerman, before drifting into journalism and writing fiction. He is the co-founder of the crime writing festival Iceland Noir and we are delighted that he is here to talk about his seventh novel Cold Breath.Tickets: £5
