As part of our support we provided a Wellbeing activity and offered up an afternoon of fun and social cricket.
Three teams entered and had a wonderful afternoon – Yeovil Tigers, Yeovil Titans and West Abbey Care.
In the opening game (8 a side paired) a very strong Tigers team scored 130-5 (net score 105). The Titans then struggled against the excellent bowling and catching display by the Tigers finishing 58-12 (net score -2).
In the second game the Tigers (6 a side pairs) were again far too strong for the West Abbey team who scored 40 put finished with a -35 net score. In reply, Tigers romped to victory comfortably passing the score.
Tiger’s Captain Parvez was delighted to receive the cup on behalf of a jubilant team and associated supporters – who took great delight in parading the trophy.
It was great to see 28 players and family members support this event. All teams enjoyed the afternoon along with all the activities happening in the main Leisure Complex
